What counts as an active member?+
A member with at least one transaction, login, journey enrollment, or message receipt in the trailing 90 days. Inactive members beyond that are stored at no charge.
Are there setup or integration fees?+
No. Studio and Atelier launch with zero professional services fees. Maison includes a fixed-scope onboarding engagement.
Do you charge for messages or events?+
Email and Wallet are unmetered on every plan. SMS is billed at carrier cost + 2¢ markup. Events & API calls are unmetered up to plan rate limits.
Can I migrate from another platform?+
Yes. We have one-shot importers for Voucherify, Talon.One, Yotpo and Smile, plus a generic CSV/Parquet importer for everything else.
What happens if I exceed my plan?+
We don't shut anything off. You'll see a soft notice in-app and your CSM (or our team) will reach out to right-size your plan at the next billing cycle.
